What does it cost?

Why not just have ChatGPT or another AI watch my trips?
You could set one up, but it's easy to get wrong. Travel sites often block AI agents, so some can't see the real price, check too rarely, or quietly stop running. Tuur checks live rates from travel data partners several times a day, always for the exact same room or fare. It knows the steps for your airline, hotel or travel site, and if you book a hotel through Tuur, it gets you any lower price automatically.
What about my loyalty points?
They stay exactly where they are. You reprice with the airline, the hotel, or the site you booked on, so your miles, points and status are untouched. The one exception is a hotel rate you choose to book through Tuur instead of direct, which won't earn hotel points, and the offer says so before you decide.
Does Tuur change my booking?
Not a booking you made yourself. When its price drops, Tuur shows you how to get the lower price where you booked. If you book a hotel through Tuur and the price drops, Tuur gets you the lower price automatically. Same room, same dates, nothing to do.
Do I have to connect my email?
No. You can forward each confirmation to your Tuur address instead. If you connect your Gmail, Tuur finds your trips for you. It only looks for travel confirmations and never keeps your emails. Read the privacy policy.
What do I have to do?
Connect your Gmail and your trips are added for you, or forward each confirmation. Watching the prices is automatic. When a price drops, Tuur tells you and gives you the steps. Usually it's one of two things: rebook the lower rate where you booked and cancel the old one, or contact the airline or hotel and ask for the difference back as a credit.
What if I booked by phone, or the confirmation went somewhere else?
Every account gets a private forwarding address — send any confirmation there from any inbox and Tuur picks it up. If the booking was made by phone, ask the hotel or airline to email you the confirmation, then forward it.
