Tuur watches the price of trips you already booked and helps you get the lower price when one appears. Using Tuur means agreeing to the plain-language terms below.

Tuur is free

You never pay Tuur anything. When Tuur rebooks a trip, the hotel or booking partner pays Tuur a commission. How that works is spelled out in How we make money.

Your bookings stay yours

Every reservation is between you and the travel supplier, under their terms. Tuur is not the hotel, airline, cruise line, or rental company, and can’t override their rules. When Tuur rebooks a hotel stay for you, the new reservation is placed through Tuur’s booking partner and is likewise governed by that partner’s and the hotel’s terms.

Nothing happens to your money without you

A rebooking only ever charges you after you confirm it and complete payment on the payment page, and only for the cost of the room itself. The new booking is always confirmed before your old one is touched. If Tuur ever charges you in error, the policy is an immediate, no-argument refund.

Prices move — act on what you verify

Tuur works hard to be accurate, but travel prices change minute to minute and parsed emails can contain surprises. Information in Tuur is provided as-is, and savings are only real once a rebooking or repricing is actually confirmed. Double-check the details that matter before you cancel anything yourself.

Plain-language limits

Tuur is a small service provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Tuur’s liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid Tuur to use it — which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local law says can’t be limited.

Leaving

You can disconnect Gmail or delete your account, permanently, any time in Settings. Tuur may close accounts that abuse the service. These terms can change; meaningful changes will be announced plainly.
